Lagerhuis Rosa 2026

Lagerhuis Rosa 2026

One event. A full year of impact.

A good event might last an afternoon. Its impact doesn’t have to end there.

For Lagerhuis Rosa 2026, our role went beyond organising and producing the event. At SESSIBON, we developed a project plan that connected content, marketing, communications and production from the very start.

With one key principle: the available event budget had to deliver value beyond the day itself.

From many perspectives to one clear story

Lagerhuis Rosa grew out of a broad collaboration. Working group members and partners each contributed their own expertise, interests, ideas and content, including BSGW, Webwings, the Municipality of Sittard-Geleen, Ambitieus MKB and Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.

Our role was to bring all that input together and turn it into one coherent whole.

Not by simply giving everything a slot in the programme, but by making deliberate choices about content, format, timing and communication. The result was an event where changemakers, experts, partners and the audience each had a part to play, without the programme losing its rhythm.

The podcast became part of the concept

An important step was the collaboration with VONK Podcast. Instead of treating the podcast and the event as two separate communication channels, we brought them together. The conversations helped shape the substance of Lagerhuis Rosa while also generating fresh content for communications around the event.

This created a powerful exchange: the podcast strengthened the event, and the event gave the podcast new content, reach and relevance. Content wasn’t something we had to put together afterwards. It was built into the project from the start.

And then it all has to work. Live.

All the strategy and preparation eventually come together in one moment: live.

At Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, the programme was produced with precision. Changemakers and experts had the space they needed, while the pace and energy stayed high.

The briefing was clear. The timing was tight. The programme started on time and finished on time.

That might sound like a given.

It rarely is.

The event is not the finish line

Perhaps that is the most important idea behind this project.

We don’t believe in spending an event budget on a single day, only for the message to slowly fade afterwards. That’s why Lagerhuis Rosa doesn’t stop when the last guest leaves.

The conversations, podcasts, debate statements, stories and content created around the event provide material to keep communicating long after it ends. One investment creates multiple touchpoints, keeping the content relevant for much longer.

Before the event, we build attention.
During the event, we create the experience.
Afterwards, we keep the content working.

That’s how we turn an event into more than a standalone moment: a platform for communication and connection. And that’s exactly the kind of work we’re proud to put the SESSIBON signature on.

Not just one day of events.
But maximum value from every moment before, during and after.
